Lancelot Madondo is a Doctor of Business leadership holder from the University of South Africa. He has a mining background having headed up the technical services function in various mining houses. The author is normally an academic writer in the fields of business and strategic management. This time around he decided to embark on this project as a new challenge and breakaway from tradition.
The motivation was from the family that provided the push to write chapter by chapter. The wife was the first reader and the driving force to the development to completion of the FOG. She would demand to have a good number of chapters to read every day after work. That motivation was all that was needed to stay on track. I would have not published this book without the motivation and encouragement I have received from my close people. I believe that it’s a book many people will relate with and find enjoyable.
